At dstore Egypt, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your dstore account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return, or contact our customer service team via WhatsApp or email.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items back in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, security seals, and invoices are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Our courier partner will contact you within 48 hours to collect the package from your doorstep at a time that suits your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days.
